Pick a quieter night to pay less
Next prices each seating by demand. The FAQ's own example is that "a booking late on a Wednesday night is normally priced lower than a Saturday night at prime time," with no difference in the food. Prices only appear on Tock, which we couldn't load, so we can't give you a total for two. Next adds a 20% service charge to every bill. Any extra tip on the night is your call, and the FAQ says all of it goes to front-of-house staff who aren't on salary. Tax is on top.
There are four pairings. Standard wine. Reserve, mostly vintage and rare bottles from small producers. Ultra, the rarest wines in the collection, in limited supply. And a non-alcoholic pairing that's blended daily. Everyone at the table who takes wine has to take the same tier, but anyone can add the non-alcoholic pairing instead. There's a wine list by the glass and bottle. Next says it doesn't normally serve beer or cocktails on their own.
FAQ with pricing, service charge and pairings
With a verified menu quote of P per person, two menus plus the published 20% service would be 2 × P × 1.20, or 2.40 × P, before tax and drinks. We cannot turn that into a dollar total until a price for your seating is available.
Changes need 72 hours' notice
Tickets are prepaid on Tock. You can reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. After that, in the FAQ's words, "all sales are final and non-refundable." You can always transfer a reservation to someone else with the transfer button in your Tock account. A transfer requires someone else to take the reservation and does not guarantee that you will recover your payment.
For groups, the Kitchen Table seats up to 6 in a semi-private room that looks into the kitchen. The lower-level private dining room seats 6 to 10 at 7 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday. A semi-private section of the main dining room takes up to 16, booked through events@thealineagroup.com. Next is open Wednesday to Sunday, 5 to 10 p.m., and publishes no phone number. If you're running late, email host@nextrestaurant.com. Arriving more than ten minutes late can mean missing part of the meal.
FAQ with booking, group and late-arrival policies
A regular-table maximum and public release time are not published. Private-room capacities do not establish the regular booking limit.
Check the Fashion dietary list
Next doesn't take dietary requests in the first days of a new menu. For Fashion, nothing was accommodated from September 5 to 13. Since September 16, with at least 72 hours' notice, the kitchen can do pescatarian, no red meat or pork, no seafood, ovo-lacto vegetarian, no raw alcohol, no tree nuts or peanuts, and pregnancy restrictions. Gelatin stays in the pescatarian, no-red-meat and vegetarian versions. The kitchen can't remove egg, dairy, soy or alcohol that's cooked off. Gluten-free is on Next's general list but missing from the Fashion list, and there's no vegan option. If you're vegan or allergic to soy, this menu won't work for you. Next also says it shares kitchens, oil and prep areas across its restaurants and can't rule out cross-contamination.
The FAQ calls Next ADA compliant, but the private dining room is reached only by a flight of stairs. Valet is on Morgan Street at West Fulton Market. The validated rate is $20 for the first four hours and $25 for up to eight.
FAQ with dietary, access and parking details
Meal duration, age rules and dress code remain unverified. Our planning advice is to confirm the finish and the particular room's access before arranging another activity.
Compare before booking
Topolobampo's Veracruz weekday offer has a readable $165 menu price through October 24, 2026. Next's Fashion lasts through January 10, 2027, but we could not read a current menu price. If the budget decides the trip, get a dated Next quote first.
Indienne publishes a vegan menu; Fashion does not accommodate vegan diets or removal of egg, dairy or soy. Next's lower private room also requires stairs. Alinea's November Salon has a published two-hour duration for two guests but requires stairs too; neither upstairs or lower room should be chosen without checking access.
